Bewertungen meiner Praxis im Internet

Auf zahlreichen Portalen im Internet existieren offenbar bereits Bewertungen bzw. Rezensionen über meine Praxis. Ein vollständiger Überblick ist mir leider nicht möglich. Dennoch möchte ich grundsätzlich darauf hinweisen, dass – mit einer gravierenden Ausnahme – keines dieser Portale überprüft, ob die jeweilige einzelne Bewertung bzw. Rezension sachlich gerechtfertigt ist und ob sie von einer Person stammt, die mit mir und meiner Praxis tatsächlich in Kontakt stand bzw. eine Psychotherapie, eine Beratung oder ein Coaching tatsächlich absolviert hatte.

Wie man inzwischen nach Jahren der Erfahrung mit dem Internet weiß, ist das Internet mit den dort zur Verfügung stehenden Foren und Plattformen ein “Hassbeschleuniger“. Dies führt dann im Einzelfall dazu, dass negative Bewertungen bzw. Rezensionen getätigt werden, ohne dass dafür nachvollziehbare und sachlich gerechtfertigte Gründe vorliegen. Hinzu kommt aufgrund der Verwendung von Phantasienamen auch noch: sowohl bei positiven wie negativen Bewertung war und ist für mich nicht immer eindeutig nachvollziehbar, ob es sich im Einzelfall um tatsächliche Patienten handelt. Phantasienamen wie “irgendwo irgendwann” etc. etc. lassen keinen Bezug mehr zu einer real existierenden Person erkennen.

Aus diesen Gründen sind weder negative noch positive Bewertungen auf unseriösen Portalen aussagefähig. Damit will ich nicht unterstellen, dass Bewertungen auf diesen Portalen nicht im Einzelfall auch einen wahren Kern haben können. Aber solange minimale Qualitätsstandards dort nicht eingehalten werden, ist das ganze Bewertungsverfahren auf unseriösen Portalen infrage zu stellen. Damit werden leider auch aufrichtige Bewertungen zwangsläufig zusammen mit anderen Fake-Bewertungen entwertet und unbrauchbar gemacht. Eine Unterscheidung von Fake-Bewertungen und aufrichtigen Bewertungen ist leider aufgrund des Mangels an Qualitätsstandards der unseriösen Portale nicht möglich.

Ich möchte Sie deshalb bitten, mit den Bewertungsinhalten von allen Portalen kritisch umzugehen und insbesondere diejenigen Portale absolut infrage zu stellen, die keine nachvollziehbaren Qualitätsstandards erkennen lassen bezüglich sachlicher und persönlicher Bezüge zum dargebotenen Inhalt. Nach meiner Information existieren nur auf der Bewertungsplattform JAMEDA nachvollziehbare Qualitätsstandards, die sicherstellen – z.B. über telefonische Rückfrage bei ehemaligen Patienten als Bewertern – ob die jeweilige Bewertung sachlich gerechtfertigt ist und auf einer tatsächlichen und authentischen Erfahrung der betreffenden Person beruht.

Die Bewertungsplattformen aller anderer Portale inklusive insbesondere auch Google etc. sind leider nicht als seriös und deshalb als nicht aussagefähig einzustufen. Besonders betrüblich: es ist offenbar auch seitens der Inhaber von Praxen nicht möglich, einzelne unseriöse Inhalte – unabhängig davon ob sie positiv oder negativ sind – auf diesen Portalen löschen zu lassen. Ich möchte mich deshalb aus allen diesen angeführten Gründen von diesen Plattformen bzw. Portalen und den dort angebotenen Inhalten über meine Praxis ausdrücklich komplett distanzieren. Bitte treffen Sie keine Entscheidungen auf der Basis von negativen oder positiven Bewertungen auf unseriösen Portalen wie Google etc.

Ausdrücklich möchte ich darauf hinweisen: Ich werbe nicht mit Bewertungen auf der Plattform Google und anderen unseriösen Portalen und würde die Bewertungsfunktionen auf diesen Portalen am liebsten deaktivieren, wenn dies möglich wäre. Diese Option zur Deaktivierung wird aber z.B. von Google etc. nicht bereitgestellt.

Wenn Sie sich über meine Praxis etwas seriöser informieren wollen, lesen Sie bitte die Einträge auf der Plattform JAMEDA über mich und meine Praxis und selbstverständlich die Seiten auf meiner Homepage bzw. vereinbaren sie telefonisch eine Erstberatung, um mich persönlich kennenzulernen. Die Plattform Jameda überprüft zumindest, ob ein Bewerter tatsächoich auch ein Patient war oder nicht.

Kritisch muss gegenüber allen Plattformen und allgemein sozialen Medien der Einwand erhoben werden, dass sie mehr an negativen Statements interessiert sind als an positiven, weil negative Statements mehr Aufmekrsamkeit erregen und deshalb für das Geschäftsmodell der jeweiligen Betreiber zielführender sind. Dies gilt insbesondere für Facebook, Twitter, Google etc

Selbst bei der Plattform JAMEDA kann man feststellen, dass negative Bwertungen sofort freigeschaltet werden, während bei positiven Bewertungen teilweise noch mal von der Redaktion telefonisch nachgefragt wird, ob die Erfahrung tatsächlich so positiv war. Möglicherweise sind dies nur Einzelfälle, die nicht verallgemeinert werden dürfen. Aber solche Beobachtungen verstärken den Eindruck, dass man auch dort negativen Bewertungen den Vorzug gibt und positive Bewertungen nur zögerlich veröffentlicht.

Inzwischen haben auch andere Autoren darauf hingewiesen, dass sich soziale Netzwerke im Internet wie Facebook, Twitter, Google etc. zersetzend auf den gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt auswirken und das Vertrauen der Bürger in staatliches Handeln unterminieren. Eine überflüssige gezielte MIssinformation durch einzelne Hass-Poster oder staatlich gelenkte Trollorganisationen verbindet sich leider mit den vorhandenen Algorithmen der sozialen Netzwerke zu einer unheiligen Allianz. Gegenmaßnahmen, um Hass-Postings einzudämmen, werden leider nicht konsequent durchgesetzt.

Zum Schluss noch eine Kostprobe, wie im Einzelfall negative Bewertungen zustande kommen können.

Eine unbekannte Dame schreibt mir: “Ich brauche dringend Hilfe… Ich brauch eine sofortige stationäre Lösung.”

Ich antworte daraufhin: “Für eine stationäre Behandlung benötigen Sie eine Einweisung vom Nervenarzt.
Bitte wenden Sie sich an einen Psychiater. Bei mir ist eine stationäre Behandlung nicht möglich.”

Die Dame antwortet: “Wow, noch keinen Arzt oder ähnliches kennengelernt der einen kranken Menschen so in Stich lässt wie Sie. … Werde diese Reaktion und ihr Handeln weiterleiten an die höchste Instanz der Ärztekammer in Berlin.”

Das Internet als Hass-Beschleudniger am Beispiel Facebook

Interessant auch ein neuerer Artikel in der NZZ über falsch verstandene Meinungsfreiheit im Internet.

Ende September 2022 hat der BGH zu einer sehr kritischen Bewertung im Internet ein Urteil gesprochen. Darin wurde festgestellt:  subjektive Urteilen dürfen sein, aber jeder Rezensent darf keine Unwahrheiten behaupten, man muss sich an die Fakten halten und vor allem ist Schmähkritik, die darauf abzielt den anderen in der Person herabzuwürdigen nicht erlaubt.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Updating your personal information

We offer a ‘My details’ page (also known as Dashboard), where you can update your personal information at any time, and change your marketing preferences. You can get to this page from most pages on the site – simply click on the ‘My details’ link at the top of the screen when you are signed in.
